Section 287.95 (1), Stats., does have penalties for any person who disposes of certain electronics, listed in s. 287.07 (5) (1) Any person who violates s. 287.07 (1m) or (5) may be required to forfeit $50 for a first violation, may be required to forfeit $200 for a 2nd violation and may be required to forfeit not more than $2,000 for a 3rd or subsequent violation.
